This training offers you the chance to:

  • Heal: Through guided bodywork, emotional release techniques, and psychosomatic therapy. You’ll gain the understanding and ability to release stored tension and trauma.

Over the 6 days, you’ll receive:

Comprehensive Education & Exploration

Learn to:

  • READ the language of your face, body, hands, and feet
  • ALIGN your posture and movements for flow, balance and connection.
  • HOLD SPACE for yourself and others.
  • TOUCH to trigger, release, calm and nurture emotional flow.

Practical Experience:

Engage in hands-on training that includes face and hand reading, body and feet reading, emotional anatomy, bodywork, and more.

Personal Transformation: This training will equip you with the tools to enhance your communication, improve your relationships to better understand your place in the world.

Ongoing Support: After the training, continue your journey with access to the PEAT community and resources for continued growth.
