Realising the sword within is just step one

Discovering the sword within is a moment in our lives when we realise that we have been living dual by nature. This way or that way, right or wrong, good or bad, this is naturally imprinted from conception it helps us find out who we are. The sword gets shinier and more reflective as we grow and get closer to our purpose.
Our reflections move from family and friends to everyone else, people will reflect back at us, who we are, all of it.. When we stop deflecting we become conscious and realise the truth of our existence. We can then choose how we show up and interact with the world.
The more perspectives we have the more enlightened we become, until we automatically feel and see those perspectives before the other even expresses them. This makes us consciously aware of our environment and we can choose safe or not safe, yes or no, we become a realised person.
We no longer need to be scared as we have all the information.
We have always had the sword inside of us, it has just been smaller, softer and less shiny. As we mature we are naturally forming, and polishing our sword, especially if we are listening and learning from life's feedback.
The late Hermann Müller one of the many teachers in my life, said two things to me that really stood out.
-
One was 'I am in the process of learning about the pituitary and the pineal gland, I believe it is in those glands that we as humans will find the answer'.
-
The second one was 'when you cross the rainbow bridge you can see everything and everyone can see you'.
I have had the opportunity in my life of crossing the rainbow bridge many times, I valued Hermann's words and started to understand what he was saying. It gave me a deeper understanding of life in a variety of dimensions, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and the rainbow bridge.
The rainbow bridge is located above the chakras, it is where all the colours come together to make pure light, golden light.
His words planted a seed in my pituitary and pineal gland, the third eye. I was to learn the answer in my 13th Psychosomatic Therapy training.
Crossing the rainbow bridge, separates us from human nature and connects us with consciousness. Consciousness in human form is the all seeing eye, where time and space no longer exist you are simply present with everything all at once.
This brings me to the sword. I have witnessed over time people rise and discover this place, it either scares them and they retreat back to normal or they rise in it and become separate from everyone else, with a feeling of specialness.
Very quickly human nature will attack those that separate too far, unless the person becomes saintly. A saint is someone who is god in human form, almost like an orb, an enigma.
What we have felt we cannot un-feel, it keeps us informed, until we understand the information, then we find peace, our sword reflects this and those past hurts transcend. If we ignore our feelings they will start to hurt our tissue. We are denying the force within. This sounds scary and yet it is life, our feelings are our holiness.
If you look closely at a sword it has colours in it, all the colours of light in form.
In the past I chose to be the conduit for other peoples emotions and challenges, with wisdom and knowledge I was able to provide the keys to unlock what was out of alignment, blocked or misunderstood.
I provided nourishment, nutrients and gold when required, as I was and am abundant. My internal resources started to suffer and I developed a physical in-balance. I didn't realise that my gift had shifted into pure light, golden light and that I no longer needed to work as hard for someone to gain their insight.
The work I had been doing in my intensive courses for 13 years had polished my internal sword, it was shinning bright, with an incredible point and reflective surface. I became the reflection, one reflection, one perspective, not 'the perspective', just one.
I recently completed the 6 days In-Person Psychosomatics and Emotional Anatomy training with PEAT's last cohort of students. Every time I complete a training course I am taken to another level. This was the first time I co-facilitated the In-Person training with my business partner Gillian Maddigan.
The black and white perspectives we offered, allowed for the colour to come out in the group, it was magical. When there is only 2 perspectives, black or white, we are only getting the sword, two sides of light. The dark and the light, people will naturally choose one or the other.
When we open up in circle to the other perspectives the star starts to form, each person offers their own light, underpinned by their story. Alignment occurs, we drop back into our humanity, our hearts, the sword disappears.
Our pineal gland is where enlightenment occurs in balance with the pituitary gland, when enlightened the reflection is multifaceted. The judgement disappears and people feel safe around you, this also happens with your tissue in session.
When the therapist has moved beyond the sword, so will your tissue when they touch you and you are in their presence. Eventually you will no longer need them as you find your own light within and be able to handle it.
The journey of the sword is challenging, it needs to be if you are to travel to the higher planes of existence. If you arrive prematurely it can be harsh the fall from grace, but what I have learnt is that if your fall is large and you reached it once, you can reach it again.
Peace comes when we have the opportunity to find it within and then offer a hand to others.
The PEAT Training programs are one way that you can journey to find your sword within and eventually your purpose.
