Psychosomatic Therapy | Emotional Release Bodywork | BioMedical Yoga Therapy | Embodied Energy Work

I’m Bianca, and my journey into this work has been anything but linear. In 2010, I stumbled across Psychosomatic Therapy—or rather, it found me at exactly the moment I needed it. It wasn’t a gentle introduction; it felt like my entire world was flipped upside down. I was living in deep disconnection, and suddenly, the mirror was held up.

At first, it was confronting—uncomfortable even—but as I moved through the shock, the pieces began to fall into place. I remember thinking, Why isn’t this taught in schools? That realisation sparked something within me. I immersed myself in the practice, completing my qualifications, and soon enough, this work became my calling. Clients began seeking me out, and I realised I had a natural ability to connect with people on a deeper level.

An Evolving Journey

Over the years, I’ve sought to integrate everything I’ve learned, blending the mind, body and soul into a cohesive approach. This path led me to study BioMedical Yoga Therapy, completing over 1,000 hours of training. It’s a practice that weaves the wisdom of yoga with biomedicine, psychosomatics and emotional release work.

Through it all, I’ve remained curious—always searching for the missing pieces that bring clarity and connection. This journey isn’t just about professional growth; it’s deeply personal. I see myself as a constant work in progress, evolving alongside the people I work with.

The Birth of PEAT

During the stillness of the COVID-19 lockdowns, I had the opportunity to slow down and create. Out of that time came the Psychosomatic & Emotional Anatomy Training (PEAT), which I co-founded with Gillian Maddigan. Together, we developed this hybrid training to make the principles of psychosomatic therapy and emotional anatomy accessible to more people. This work has become a reflection of everything I’ve learned, refined, and lived over the years.

What I Offer

My work is about connection—bringing people back to their true essence. The body is a vessel, holding the stories, traumas and experiences that shape us. But beneath it all is purity: the soul’s truth.

Through private mentoring, therapy and immersive programs, I help clients reconnect with themselves, strip away what no longer serves them, and step into a space of clarity and purpose. This process isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions; it’s about doing the deeper work of transformation.

My Philosophy

I believe the body is a gateway. It holds everything—our emotions, our history, our truth. By listening to its language, we can uncover what lies beneath the surface and begin the process of healing and transformation.

The beauty of this work is that it’s not linear. It’s a constant unfolding, a journey of learning and becoming. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I do have the tools and the space to guide you back to your own inner knowing.
